About EKSTRA:

My Roles:
I was a Community Program Manager and acted like a product manager who successfully leads an agile team of 7 people from program officers, software engineers, and marketing specialist.
Have successfully created a gamed-based learning feature, 5 modules, and marketing activation that lead to 19K+ reach , 10K+ user engagement within just 6 weeks.
RETOTE Project

A CSR program and collaborated with the local youth community (Karang Karuna) to develop the circular economic status of a rural village by upgrading its value from unused textile waste.
My Roles
Co-led a group of scholarship students from various regions in organizing the "Retote Project".
Successfully pitched a community project to the Kingdom of Thailand's Former Prime Minister in Bangkok, securing full support from them through Thailand's SOE, obtaining ~IDR 100 Mio Grants.

Paragon Innovation Fellowship (PIF)
About PIF:
A leadership development program for Indonesian youths in social, education, and entrepreneurship.
My Roles:
Acted as HR Coordinator that planned and executed a people development and operation program including curriculum design, recruitment design, partners relation, and paper works for 17K+ registrants and 100 selected students.
Indonesia Peerleaders (IPL)
About IPL:
A coaching-based leadership development program that combines theoretical and project-based development material for high-achieving students who are interested in the FMCG industry. #GrowTogether
My Roles:
As one of founding team who deliver 360 HC development plan include curriculum design, recruitment, onboarding, until graduation.
